Preschool Fundraiser Information

Thank you for taking part in our Winter Hat Fundraiser for your Centre!

Please could you let us know that you are participating so we can keep you in the loop with any important updates!

I guarantee our 100% cotton, soft, warm and itch free hats will be hit! By allowing the kids to pick their own fun hat, they are almost certain to wear it.

HOW DO WE INCREASE OUR SALES?

We suggest having all the information in the area where parents sign the children. We have posters to print out and put up in your centre.

Centres that have done well, have promoted via Facebook and the wider community. They have passed the information onto friends and family. This is a great way to double your order! 

GENERAL INFORMATION AND ORDER FORM

  • The base price $12 per hat. (inc. gst) It is up to your centre to decide on your selling price. 

  • Cut off for families to order and make payment to you is Wednesday 23 May.

  • Please email your completed order form by 6pm Thursday 24 May.

  • We have created an order form to place in your centre in PDF or Word.

  • Please email your complete order using the Excel Spreadsheet

  • Your invoice will be processed within 24 hours of receiving. We will invoice you $12 per hat sold.

  • Payment is due 3 days from date of invoice.

  • Hats will be delivered to your centre mid to end of June.

  • Hats can come tassel/tie free. Please let us know on the order form. If you would like this option entire order must be tassel free. You musr tell us, otherwise they will come as shown in catalogue.

  • The Excel form is to email your completed order to us. Please email this back in excel format and not pdf.

STEP 2: CATALOGUE

  • The first page with your selling price is in step 3.

STEP 3: SELLING PRICE

  • Select your selling price. 

  • The PDF Catalogue is the complete document with all 5 pages. Use this document to print and display in your centre and to email to families

  • The JPEG Catalogue is page 1 with your specified selling price. You have already download pages 2-5 in step 2. Use this document to upload online to Storypark, Educa and Facebook.
